Internationally Prominent Cousine, Desserts & Cocktails

The cuisine of executive chef Mickael Bensa, a resident of Nice, focuses primarily on the Mediterranean, with brief excursions into other regions of France and Italy. The food is fresh and competently cooked, but nothing sticks out. One uninspired dish after another arrived at the table, like a slew of second-tier actors strutting the red carpet at the Oscars during an off-year.

Apart from its delicious hands the tasty dessert and cocktails serve the Vegan Macadamia Cheesecake and the Dark Chocolate Gâteau cake can be found intermingled with other delicious foods as large as possible, such as the Grilled Whole Branzino or 32 oz Dree-Aged Bone-In Striploin.
