Step into the Magic of French Morocco at Habibi Miami!

Get ready to be transported to a lush, royal escape right in the heart of Miami! Habibi Miami, the latest gem on the waterfront, opened its doors on Thursday, October 10, inviting guests to indulge in a French Moroccan feast unlike any other. Led by the talented Bib Gourmand-winning Doya alum, Executive Chef Wladimir Arévalo, this supper club promises an enchanting nighttime experience filled with mouthwatering dishes, exotic cocktails, and a vibrant scene

that will make you feel like royalty.

Created by hospitality guru Roman Jones and brought to life by designer Ikam Rebaia, Habibi Miami is a destination that effortlessly fuses the magic of French Morocco with the pulse of Miami's nightlife. The tent-like structure, with its Moorish-inspired design, immerses guests in the opulence of luxurious riads and the fiery charm of Morocco's unique traditions. The creative visionaries behind this captivating space, Mark Lehmkuhl of Ghosthouse Design Group and Love Lake Studios, have drawn inspiration from Wes Anderson’s retro aesthetic, using pops of pink and teal to create a Beatles-era Tangier fever dream. It’s truly a feast for the eyes!

But let’s talk about the real star of the show—Chef Wladimir Arévalo’s vibrant menu! Diners will embark on a culinary journey through Morocco’s aromatic spices, beautifully balanced with classic French techniques. His menu is a celebration of bold flavors, from the tangy zest of citrus to the smokiness of Ras el Hanout. Expect shareable delights like the Shish-Barak de Wagyu Dumplings featuring Wagyu cheeks, garbanzo, miso, and yogurt; crispy Roulés Caramélisés, phyllo rolls stuffed with tangy goat cheese, fresh truffles, and a drizzle of honey; and Crevettes Tigre, grilled tiger prawns served with salmon-infused couscous and lemon zest. For meat lovers, the Côtelettes d’Agneau, Moroccan-spiced grilled lamb lollipops with roasted carrot purée, is a must-try. And to finish off the feast, don’t miss the irresistible Baklava Cheesecake—a sweet fusion you won’t forget!

As the night goes on, Habibi Miami transforms into an immersive dinner theater experience, complete with roving belly dancers, contortionists, and percussionists who bring the space to life. It’s a show that tantalizes not just the taste buds, but all the senses!

And what’s a magical night without a fantastic drink in hand? The bar program at Habibi is as captivating as the rest of the experience, drawing inspiration from North African and Mediterranean flavors. The expert mixologists use techniques like fat-washing, where seeds are toasted to extract oils and infused into spirits overnight, creating rich and aromatic cocktails. Signature drinks include the "Ali" Fashioned, a twist on the classic old fashioned, featuring Peanut Butter Washed Angel's Envy Bourbon, Giffard's Banana & Honey, and Angostura Bitters with a burst of orange aromatics. For a refreshing kick, try the Moroccan Margarita, blending Patron Blanco, Patron Reposado, Cointreau, harissa-infused pineapple reduction, lime juice, and a roasted couscous salted rim—perfectly paired with Chef Arévalo’s flavorsome dishes.

Ready to indulge in this magical experience? Habibi Miami is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 7 pm until late. Don’t miss your chance to enjoy a night of culinary excellence and entertainment like no other.
