As part of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival (SOBE WFF), this exclusive dinner at Amara at Paraiso will bring together three acclaimed chefs, each contributing their signature style and expertise.
Michael Schwartz, known for his commitment to fresh, locally sourced ingredients, will join forces with José Olmedo Carles Rojas, a master of Latin-infused innovation, and Ivan Barros, who showcases a modern take on Brazilian cuisine.
