National Margarita Day

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Pueblo Viejo Blanco tequila

  • 1oz Lime juice

  • 0.75oz Naranja Orange

  • 0.25oz Cane syrup

  • 2 dashes Saline solution

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well.

  2. Strain into a heavy rocks glass with cubed ice.

  3. Garnish with a channeled half-lime shell.

  4. Serve with a short straw and enjoy!



Prickly Pear Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Pueblo Viejo Blanco tequila

  • 1oz Purkhart Pear Eau Vie

  • 1oz Lime juice

  • 0.75oz Prickly Pear Syrup

  • 2 Fresh Raspberries

Method:

  2. Fine strain into a large tumbler with cubed ice.

  3. Garnish with a pineapple frond and two raspberries on a cocktail pick.

  • 1.5oz Watermelon juice

  • 1oz Lime juice

  • 0.5oz Real Fruit Syrup Vanilla

  • 0.25oz Mint-Infused Aperol

Method:

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into a large tumbler with cubed ice.

  3. Garnish with a watermelon cube and mint sprig.

Yuzu Serrano Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Cucumber-Infused Pueblo Viejo Blanco Tequila

  • 1oz Pineapple Juice

  • 1oz Lime juice

  • 0.5oz Pierre Ferrand Yuzu Curacao

  • 0.5oz Cane syrup

  • 4 dashes Spicy Bitters

Method:

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a large tumbler with cubed ice.

  3. Garnish with a pineapple disc and rolled cucumber.

  • 1.75oz Volcán De Mi Tierra Blanco

  • 0.25oz Pueblo Viejo Blanco tequila

  • 1oz Lime juice

  • 0.75oz Naranja Orange

  • 0.5oz Red Pepper Juice

  • 0.25oz Cane Syrup

  • 4 dashes Oaxacan Bitters

  • 6 dashes Spicy Bitters

Method:

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Fine strain into a large tumbler with cubed ice.

  3. Garnish with a halved red jalapeño inside the glass.
