Manolo-Inspired Magic: Casa Nané Shines in Brickell

Casa Nané Brings Sweet & Savory Bites to Brickell Miami

Brickell just got a little sweeter—and a whole lot cozier. Casa Nané, the beloved Ecuadorian bistro and bakery, has opened its first U.S. location in Miami’s lively Brickell neighborhood, bringing with it a delightful menu of cookies, brunch favorites, and traditional Ecuadorian cuisine. This heartwarming new eatery invites you to pause, savor the moment, and indulge

in the art of comfort food with a Latin flair.

From Ecuador to Brickell—A Delicious Dream Comes True

What started in 2013 as a weekend baking experiment by Ecuadorian pastry chef Jeanet Hanze—aka “Nané”—has blossomed into a full-blown culinary movement.

With her husband and co-founder Christian Stagg by her side, Nané turned her homemade cookies into Biscuits by Nané, then evolved the brand into Casa Nané, which now boasts five locations in Ecuador.

The Brickell outpost marks their U.S. debut, and the couple couldn’t be more excited.

“We love the energy of Brickell and hope Casa Nané becomes a space where people can pause, come together and enjoy the warmth of community,” shares Hanze.

Nestled at 1130 SW 2nd Ave, Miami, inside Maizon Brickell, this new 1,800-square-foot cafe offers indoor and outdoor seating for up to 56 guests. Designed in soft pastels, natural wood, floral murals, and artisan-crafted dishware, the ambiance is as charming as the food is flavorful.

A Menu That Comforts and Surprises

Whether you’re craving a brunch classic, a bold Ecuadorian bite, or just a top-tier cookie fix, Casa Nané delivers on all fronts.

  • Tortilla de Verde: a savory plantain pancake with a gooey cheese center

  • Ceviche JipiJapa: raw Mahi-Mahi marinated in tangy lime juice and peanut sauce

  • Seafood Ceviche: a medley of shrimp, octopus, and Mahi-Mahi with citrus, avocado, and crispy plantains

Add a fresh smoothie, specialty coffee, or a golden turmeric latte, and you’ve got yourself the perfect Brickell brunch—or lunch, or anytime treat.

Beyond the Plate: Building Community One Bite at a Time

Casa Nané isn’t just about food—it’s a feeling. It’s the cozy comfort of a lazy Sunday morning. It’s the buzz of laughter over brunch. It’s Ecuadorian hospitality, served with a smile.

And that sense of community extends far beyond the café’s walls. Casa Nané Brickell plans to host floral workshops, fitness pop-ups, and creative events to bring locals together in fun, unexpected ways.

A Sweet Start with Big Dreams

“We've had remarkable success in Ecuador, and Brickell is just the beginning,” says co-founder Christian Stagg. “Our dream is to share Casa Nané with the world—and Miami is the perfect launchpad.”

The Brickell location is open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with indoor and outdoor seating available. You can also get your Casa Nané fix delivered via Uber Eats, with more delivery platforms on the way.
