Event: Great Gatsby Soiree
May 28, 2021 vibes around town, gallery
Great Gatsby Soiree, date: May 26th, 2021 Location: HYDE beach, SLS Hotel, SB.
Art Bound Miami, an organization run by Yoeli Goldstein, hosted yet another beautiful event at HYDE, SLS South Beach. ABM is a relatively new concept the founder came up with during the Covid-19 lockdowns. The mission of this organization is to highlight the ever expanding contemporary thriving art scene in Miami and give it adequate recognition and opportunity. Yoeli Goldstein wants to give the local emerging visual artists, designers and performers a chance to shine and share their talent with the world. Miami's vibrant culture is so unique, so diverse, so multicultural that it must be given a well deserved stage.
The event attracted about 300 guests from all walks of life, united by their love and appreciation for all sorts of creative endeavors. Event was inspired by the roaring 1920's and it's flapper fashion.
DJ Eran Hersh, host of Detox in Revolution, was spinning at the mixing board while 15 year old artist Surush Buribekov held a live drawing of his favorite Supercar.
There were over 20 other local artists and designers showcasing their works: San sucre, Ian VonderHaff, Megan Duncanson, Transparent artist, Mariana Basso, George Kandelaki, Desmond 'Art is Dope', Anastasia Sikar, Andrew Steven, Giuseppe Annunziata, Ivanna Briz, Joe Glow, Lindsey Brown, Manizha Buribekova, Anastasiia Karelova, Liudmyla Tkachenko, Eddy Bogart, Gordana Nikolic, Roxana Alcala, Valeria Amaral, Katey Jay and Kyle Schindler. Artwork was curated by Aura Copeland, the founder and CEO of Les Couleurs Charity that provides arts education programs for the underprivileged orphanage children in Haiti and Mexico.
The evening was hosted by model Andrea Jay from Miami, while Victoria's Secret Angel Alina Puscau flew in from LA to show her support.
The founder of ABM, Yoeli Goldstein plans to host such events every 6 weeks, each time giving an opportunity to new emerging talent.
